Your Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion using Agile methodology.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Demonstrate the business value of project management by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Work with company leadership to identify and strategize potential project opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the company’s services.
- Lead project teams by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, while mentoring team members to enhance their delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, scope, and risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues to minimize impact.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously educating the team on the latest advancements and project management methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions and achieving project success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or technology environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects using Agile methodology and Scrum delivery framework.
- Strong client-facing skills, with experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Understanding of Office 365 and other cloud solutions and their application in business processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Knowledge of project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Experience with multi-shore development and managing teams across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey project status and requirements to clients and stakeholders.
Bonus (but Not Required)
- Experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
