A company of 30 employees came to us with a critical problem: its teams were not communicating effectively with each other, and their output was suffering for it. That led to a number of costly problems, including duplicated effort, missed deadlines, and general misunderstandings.
After further investigation, we learned they were already using Microsoft Teams for internal messaging but weren't using it to its full potential, and weren't sure how to proceed.
