These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kumopartners.com (the "Site"), operated by Kumo Partners ("Kumo Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms cover your use of the Site itself — browsing our content, submitting the contact form, or applying to a role. They do not govern any consulting, implementation, or managed-services engagement with Kumo Partners; those are covered by a separate signed statement of work or master services agreement, which controls if the two ever conflict.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Blog posts, guides, and other published content reflect the views of their authors at the time of publication and are provided for general informational purposes — not as professional, technical, or legal advice tailored to your situation.
If you apply for a role through the Site's Careers page, you're consenting to Kumo Partners collecting and reviewing the information you submit (such as your resume and contact details) for recruiting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn or a scheduling tool) that we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it doesn't imply our endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
