Hi, I’m Lee Weeks — Director of Sales Operations at Kumo Partners.

I bring a unique blend of delivery expertise and sales strategy to my role, with one clear goal: to ensure every solution we deliver is thoughtfully aligned with our clients’ business needs. At Kumo, we believe that a “Delivery First” mindset is essential — and I’m here to make sure that every engagement starts off on the right foot and is positioned for long-term success.

My career began in delivery at Perficient, where I honed my skills in project and program management while becoming deeply rooted in technical execution. I later transitioned into sales at SoftwareONE as a solution specialist, bridging the gap between business outcomes and technology enablement. Today, I get to bring both perspectives together at Kumo — helping clients navigate the path from initial conversation to seamless implementation.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in Denver, enjoying live music, exploring the mountains, or hitting the slopes. I’m also a proud cat mom to two spoiled (and very loved) furballs.
